Manual processes via WhatsApp & Google Drive hinder business scalability.

Through my thesis research at PT Devata Studio Kreatif, I identified a fragmented workflow where 3D asset transactions relied heavily on manual processes via WhatsApp and Google Drive.

This resulted in inefficiencies, lack of scalability, and high operational dependency on admin intervention. Additionally, users were unable to preview assets in real-time, increasing uncertainty and risk in purchase decisions.

  • No automated license verification system.
  • Transactions heavily dependent on manual admin verification (High Op-Ex).
  • Lack of a centralized system for asset management and tracking.

The research revealed that trust and transparency are the key drivers in digital asset transactions. Users need clear visibility of asset quality, including technical specifications such as polycount, file format, and structure before making a purchase decision.
